- HSCGG1-15-B-PFA012 RECONFIGURING LEGAL OFFICES HAMILTON HALL, USCG ACADEMY, NEW LONDON, CT (NEW LONDON COUNTY) PROJECT #5337661 ISSUE DATE: 19 December 2014 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, disposal, and supervision necessary for construction services required to reconfigure six existing office spaces and a portion of the main corridor on the second floor and the stairway to the third floor of Hamilton Hall at the USCG Academy in New London, CT. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing ceiling systems, light fixtures, electrical panels and wiring, flooring, and select doors and provide new ceiling systems, LED light fixtures, ceiling fans, flooring, electrical panels and wiring, doors, and all incidental related work at the United States Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT. The anticipated performance period for this project is 10 weeks from issuance of Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Bid, performance and payment bonds will be required. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard $36.5 Million. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 19 December 2014. The tentative date set for bid opening is 20 January 2015 at 2:00 p.m. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 and pursuant to FAR Part 19.5 is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns.
