- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT AMENDED ADVERTISEMENT The U.S Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Los Angeles, California, that will be expiring. State: California City: Los Angeles Delineated Area: North: San Vicente Blvd to Montana Ave South: Pico Blvd East: Westwood Blvd West: Centinela Ave Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,047 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,906 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Two in addition to city code Parking Spaces (Surface): Per City Code Parking Spaces (Structured): None Parking Spaces (Reserved): Two Full Term: 11 Years Firm Term: 11 Years Additional Requirements: · Proximity to Public Transportation · Contiguous Space The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantages. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Interested Respondents should include Building Owners, or if a Broker, please include the Exclusivity Agreement/Representation Letter/ or Listing Contract granting the exclusive right to represent the building by the Building Owner, in your expression of interest. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, if any. · Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. · List of building services provided The Government’s decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
