Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Minimum Essential Characteristics for VMax Encore System Software Upgrade BRAND NAME OR EQUAL The software upgrade for the VMax Encore system for the US Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine must meet the following specifications: Windows 7 Compatible The software must be capable of being run by a standard user (IE, not a system administrator) The software must be capable of interfacing with the VMax Encore 29C system. The software must be capable of interfacing with the SensorMedics I/O interface assembly (as analog inputs for a Nonin Pulse Oximeter) The software must have a flow sensor calibration function designed to calibrate the VMax Flow sensor. The software must have an Exercise/Metabolic test function (or equivalent) for performic metabolic tests. The software must have a pulmonary function test function. The software must have a function to customize the reports generated. The software should have a file management function. This function should allow the user to move, backup, and delete files. The software should have a data management function. This function should allow the user to archive, backup and/or delete data.
