- Description
- This requirement is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Requirements type contract. This is a sole source requirement. the Government does not own the necessary data to provide for a competitive acquisition. The OEM is GE Aviation Systems LLC (CAGE: 35351). The objective of this requirement is to repair the AN/ACQ-7 Transfer Unit Programmable and the AN/ASK-7 Data Transfer System (DTS) System. NSN: 7025-01-514-2659AY PN: D1321000001 and NSN: 7025-01-463-9167AY PN: 173824-01-01 The Contractor (independently and not as an agent of the Government) shall furnish all necessary labor, supplies, materials, and equipment (except as otherwise authorized by the Contracting Officer) as required to perform the repair services described herein, and as required under each line item. Performance shall be in accordance with all provisions and specifications as stipulated in the solicitation.
