Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO), Washington, DC intends to negotiate with Healthcare Services Platform Consortium (HSPC), Homer warner Center, 2nd Floor, Building One, 5121 South Cottonwood Street, Murray, Utah 84107. The organizational membership renewal is for one- year. The membership is the 'Benefactor' level membership in the consortium. The membership provides one board seat (the board make up requires that there be a simple majority of provider organizations); at-large voting rights general assembly; participation in HSPC committees and working groups; and other rights as conferred by the HSPC board of Directors. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
