- Tarrant County TX Wage Determination Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) Statement of Work (SOW) Certification Regarding Responsibility Matter - Must sign/date and submit with proposal package Schedule - CLIN Structure Base and all Option Years Past Performance Questionaire Instructions to Offerors Solicitation Good Afternoon: The Internal Revenue Service has issued solicitation #RFQ-BEP-15-0546 to procure Structured Wiring and Cabling services for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Western Currency Facility (WCF) in Fort Worth, TX. The period of performance is: Base Year: 3/1/15 - 2/29/16 Option Year One: 3/1/16 - 2/28/17 Option Year Two: 3/1/17 - 2/28/18 Option Year Three: 3/1/18 - 2/28/19 Option Year Four: 3/1/19 - 2/29/20 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Submit only written offers; oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) through the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov by the response due date to be eligible for award. The government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. Under this RFQ, selection will be based on the selection of the technically acceptable quote with the lowest evaluated price. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 "Other Computer Related Services." All offerors that can provide the above requirement and perform the equivalent function/services shall submit a written quote. All quotes shall include: The information as outlined in the Instruction to Offerors, the completed Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) Structure with prices for every line item and for all option years, the signed/dated and completed FAR 52.209-5 (TREASURY DEVIATION), and the completed 52.212-3 clause. Past Performance questionnaires should be submitted directly to the Contract Specialist via email prior to the date and time for receipt of quotes from the individual giving the past performance reference. All products/services must be in compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Services/Supplies performed/provided as a result of this solicitation should be accepted based in part on satisfaction of the above provisions and requirements for accessibility. A site visit has been scheduled for January 14, 2015 at 1:00 pm CST. In order to attend the site visit, offerors must submit detailed information to the Contract Specialist no later than the time and date specified in the Instructions to Offerors document. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-35 are applicable to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors - Commercial, and FAR 212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a fully executed copy of FAR provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with their offer. FAR Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Per 12.603(b) the SF 1449 is used.
