- ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO Monty Teasley, Contracting Officer, via email monty.d.teasley.civ@mail.mil, or Fax 256-955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. NOUN: Stop, Missile Launch; PRON: D14C0262D1, NSN: 1420-01-467-6726, PN: 13425913, Quantity: 500 each plus four one-year options of 750 each applicable to HELLFIRE (EP). F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Anniston, AL 36201-4199. Required delivery is 500 each, 85 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
