The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to issue RFQ VA69D-15-Q-0118 for preventative maintenance service on Draeger manufactured Anesthesia Machines currently located at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital in Hines, IL. This firm fixed price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the corresponding NAICS Code is 811219. Please see RFQ document VA69D-14-Q-0118 for requirements. Quoters are to follow the instructions in RFQ document VA69D-14-Q-0118. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical supporting documentation is mandatory. This supporting documentation will be used to determine whether or not the quoted items meet the requirements of the solicitation. Quotes are due no later than 1700 CST, December 29, 2014. Telephone calls will not be accepted. All quotes are to be sent electronically to Ryan.McMillin@va.gov.
