Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, National CMOP Office of NCO 15 has a requirement to procure pharmaceuticals for delivery to the Chelmsford, MA CMOP. The request is for (17 Line items) Miscellaneous Pharmaceuticals to replenish their stock. The Product Code is 6505 (Drugs and Biologicals) The NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412. Submit the "pricing schedule" of the RFQ via email to Jennifer.arellano@va.gov No solicitation packages will be accepted by snail mail or by facsimile. The phone number for solicitation questions is (913) 758-4761. Solicitation package VA255-15-Q-0271 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about December 23, 2014; and will close at 1700 CST on December 26, 2014. Vendors must be able to deliver items NLT 15 days ARO (January 14, 2015) The columns for "Amount in Current Inventory" and "Country of Origin" must be filled in to be considered acceptable. Vendors must adhere to "The Drug Supply Chain Security Act"; and submit the required information effective January 1, 2015. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement reference above. It is the offertory's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments.
