- This amendment cancels combined synopsis/solicitation which was released in error. The new synopsis will be released today as: R15PS00231. Crane Replcement and Hydraulic System Update; Bay Delta Area Office: Contractor shall provide hydraulic crane, valve and hose replacement for the vessels R/V Endeavor and Compliance. These Services are expected to include, but not limited to general ship repair services, hydraulic system installation and testing services, and metal fabrication services.
