- This procurement is being solicited as an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) as unrestricted. Solicitation SPE300-15-X-0004 is designed to place market ready bread and bakery items all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various customers in North Dakota. Contract performance is expected to be from February 15, 2015 through February 11, 2017. The resultant award will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) not to exceed 2 years or $150,000 aggregate value, whichever occurs first. Prices quoted shall remain valid and fixed for the entire period of performance. The resultant contract will be based on the lowest evaluated aggregate price. The offeror must meet all terms and conditions of the solicitation. If an offeror takes any exception to the terms and conditions of the solicitation, its offer may be excluded from consideration for award. Anticipated solicitation issuance date is 24 December 2014. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
