- This solicitation will contain one NSN, 1620-01-156-1087, for an Arm, Spring Support. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Definitive Quantity Contract, for a firm fixed price buy with no option for a QTY of 631 ea. This is a 1C item. This procurement will be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside. FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. DBA, CAGE: 2M490, P/N: 74A410729-2003; GOODRICH CORPORATION DBA GOODRICH, CAGE: 13002, P/N: 74A410729-2003; BLAIR INDUSTRIES, INC. DBA, CAGE: 2U518, P/N: 74A410729-2003; MESSIER-DOWTY INC DBA MESSIER-DOWTY, CAGE: 35962, P/N: 74A410729-2003; BOEING COMPANY, THE DBA BOEING, CAGE: 76301, P/N: 74A410729-2003; and ISRAEL AEROSPACE INDUSTRIES LTD., CAGE: S5495, P/N: 74A410729-2003. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Required delivery is 131 days ARO. Item is not a Critical Safety Item and it is not commercial. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
