- Solicitation, Clauses and Provisions, Specifications and Drawings enclosed. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-78. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) R15PS00122 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov. The Bureau of Reclamation, lower Colorado Region has a requirement for one (1) motor-driven, two-stage, rotary screw air compressor unit, Sullair Model TS-32S Series 400HP or equal for Hoover Dam, located at State Route 172, Hoover Dam, AZ-NV 89005. The air compressor must meet the minimum specifications as listed in the Specifications document attached. It is anticipated that One (1) Purchase Order will be awarded based on the lowest priced technically acceptable responsive quote from a responsible quoter. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 333912 Air Compressor Manufacturing. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 333912 is 500 employees. See attached Solicitation for further details. The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial items FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items - Quoters shall include in their quote a completed copy of the provision 52.212-03 or indicate completion of the applicable Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA). Quoters may complete the annual representation and certification online at www.sam.gov FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial items. Responsible quoters are requested to submit a quote for this requirement. Quotes may be submitted electronically through FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov), via e-mail to Ms. Jessica Damian at jdamian@usbr.gov. Quotes are due Friday, January 9, 2015 by 4:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time.
