- PR 0056204723 NSN 1670-01-567-4708 Issue Date: January 14, 2015 Close Date: February 13, 2015 DEPLOYMENT BAG ASSY This Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract. The total quantity is 18,075 each for stock. No Option is included. Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources Qualified Producer List (QPL) 6645 applies to this procurement. This is a Life Support Item. Export Control and Shelf Life restrictions apply. Government First Article Testing (FAT), Textile Testing and Government Production Lot Testing (PLT) apply as well. FOB: Destination I/A: Origin PRLI 0001 QTY 18,075 Ship to New Cumberland, PA 17070 Delivery is 180 days for the First Article and Textile Sample, 35 days for Testing and Evaluation, 275 days for the Production Quantity, 35 days for the Lot Test and Evaluation, and 15 days for the Unit Requested Delivery for a Total Delivery of 540 days. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
