- Copy of Redacted CJ&A The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded an option exercise modification, under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-11-G-0001 task order 0110, to the Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO. This effort is for Calendar Year 2015 logistics and engineering services in support of the F/A-18 E/F and E/A-18G aircraft programs. This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. This effort is covered under the Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) Number 10-218C, Addendum 1, dated 17 September 2013.
