- Parkinson's Exercise and Research Study for the VA Portland Medical Health Center, Portland, OR 1. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit quotes for Department of Veteran Affairs Portland VA Healthcare System, Portland, OR. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is VA260-15-Q-0154. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single or multiple contracts. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 611620, Sports and Recreation Instructor. Size standard is $7.5 million. This procurement is a Total Small Business set aside. 3. The intended contract period is a base year plus four (3) one-year option years. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is December 31, 2014, and the anticipated closing date is January 16th, 2015.
