- The FAA Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a construction effort for the Concrete and Joint Refurbishment Project at the Roanoke-Blackburg Regional Airport, Air Traffic Control Tower, Roanoke, VA. Performance and payment bonds are required. A site visit will be conducted on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at 10:00 AM at the Roanoake-Blackburg Regional Airport, Roanoke, VA. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
