- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, SC intends to award a firm fixed price contract (subject to availability of funds) for the South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG) for Bulk Unprepared Groceries (Rations) to be delivered to McEntire Joint National Guard Base, 301 South Carolina Road, Eastover, SC 29044. Multiple delivery dates on approximately 03 March, 06 March, 09 March and 11 March 2015 will be required. Coordination of deliveries with unit POC will be determined after award. Delivery of groceries will be FOB Destination. Please prepare your quote based on the attached Grocery List. When substituting items and/or quantities, please mark as such to ensure that the minimum requirements are being met. Solicitation 0010632191 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 424410. To be considered for award, the offeror must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM), which can be accessed at: https://www. sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. All vendors must have a publicly visible registration in SAM. Offerors must include the following information with their offer: DUNS Number, CAGE Code Number, and Federal Tax ID Number. All request for Information (RFIs - questions) shall be sent to Christopher Jones via email at christopher.a.jones292.mil@mail.mil no later than 1000 hours (10:00am EST) Friday, 23 January 2015. Reference the solicitation number, 0010632191, in the subject line when requesting information. Responses to all RFIs (questions) will be provided after 1000 hours (10:00am EST) Monday, 26 January 2015.
