- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure Pro/Engineer & CREO Elements/Pro Maintenance Software version 5. The Government will procure the items using limited sources (Brand Name Only) from the authorized resellers under the Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI), a required source in accordance with DFARS 208.74. This order is mandated to be purchased via the ESI website. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1.
