- This is a pre-solicitation notice regarding Solicitation W91249-15-T-0001. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Gordon intends to issue a solicitation for Portable Latrines Rental and Related Services at Fort Gordon, GA in support of Fort Gordon's Directorate of Public Works. The contractor will be required to provide all resources. The specifications for the Portable Latrines Rental and Related Services will be detailed in a solicitation that is scheduled to be released in the near future. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE identified by North American Industry System Classification (NAICS) Code 562991, and a size standard of $7 Million. The Government anticipates release of solicitation W91249-15-T-0001 on or about 12 January 2015, with a projected closing date of 11 February 2015. These dates are projected and subject to change. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management Registration (SAM). All Offerors must be SAM registered prior to receiving an award. Contractor must ensure the NAICS identified (562991) has been added to their SAM Registration. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at www.sam.gov. By submission of a quote, a vendor acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation. When available, the solicitation documents for this project will be accessible via FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. No CD's or hard copies will be available. Offerors are responsible for checking the referenced page for any update(s) to the Notice. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an Offeror's inability to access the document posted at the referenced website. This solicitation and all amendments will be issued to Federal Business Opportunities Website (FedBizOpps) at https://www.fbo.gov/. Offerors are responsible for checking the website daily for any changes to the solicitation.
