- THIS PRE-SOLICITATION WAS PREVIOUSLY ADVERTISED UNDER FA4626-15-T-0001 The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the Fire Suppression System Installation at Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to conduct all repairs or maintenance requirements throughout, Malmstrom AFB, MT, in accordance with the project specifications, drawings and blueprints. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 15 Jan 2014. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 15 Feb 2015. The Performance Period for this project is sixty (60) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the solicitation. This acquisition is open to small business. The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: www.sam.gov ) Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA. (See Internet Site: http://orca.bpn.gov/ ). The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.00.
