- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written will not be issued. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) number is title F5N3CE4328A001. This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set aside under the North American Industrial Standard code 333112 with employees less than 500. Product to be delivered and installed at Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, Massachusetts 01022. This request for quote is for a plow attachment. The plow must be able to have 180 degree rotation, cross over relief valve, floating end plate edge, lateral float, mould board profile, replaceable, reversible cutting edge, rotary actuators, skid shoes, spring tip cutting edge and tire protection system. This plow must also be installed. The plow should have boron cutting edges and long wearing skid shoes, and a snowblade marker. This product needs to be John Deere manufactured in order to not void the current warranty on the John Deere model 5085M tractor upon which it will be installed. The front hitch will have a 6600 lb capacity, a push bar kit, and first hydraulic outlet kit. The plow should have long wearing highway skid shoes and spill guard that is 12 inches high (bolted on), mould board 34 inches high with 2 angle cylinders, wings that are 36 inches wide with rotary hydraulic actuators, double electric selector valves, 12 VDC, road width (angled) 91 inches, snow clearing 135 inches.
