- Refer to attachments Vendor Question: quote mark We wanted to know if contractor will be responsible for providing radios, also are there radios that are there that we will need to integrate. quote mark Government Answer: The contractor will be responsible for providing radios. The radios do not have to be Codan; they can be any manufacturer, but all equipment must be interoperable with the existing equipment and Codan radios. Vendor Question: Is there any encryption device requirement; thus Communication Security (COMSEC) Requirement? Government Answer: No COMSEC is required. Current installation has 3590 DV encryptors which are external devices that can be programmed from the front panel of the device or by computer. Alternative encryption devices must implement the same encryption algorithm (AES-256) and have demonstrated compatibility with existing Codan 3590 DV encryptors. Vendor Question: Are there any physical security requirements that the contractor may have to provide? Government Answer: No Vendor Question: What is the power outlet requirement 220V? Power supply/converter requirements? Government Answer: 220 - 240V
