- This contract defines contractor efforts required to support NAWCWD GQM-163A target operations and maintenance (O&M) requirements. This support includes defined O&M activities for GQM-163A aerial target systems required to ensure that U.S. Navy weapon systems test and evaluation (T&E) and development tests are adequately supported.
