- Newspaper Subscriptions and Delivery for HQMC The Headquarters U. S. Marine Corps has a requirement for newspaper subscription services and delivery to the Pentagon in Washington, DC and Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA. This is a competititve all-or-none acquisition set aside for small business. The period of performance is for a base year and two option years starting on 1 February 2015. See attached USMC RFQ M00264-15-T-1010. Proposals shall be emailed to john.p.martin5@usmc.mil no later than 9 January 2015, 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Late proposals will not be considered.
