- Sole Source Justification for ENMU Under the authority found in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), the Agency for Conservation Archaeology, Eastern New Mexico University (ENMU) is the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Per 36 CFR 79.1 and 36 CFR 79.2, and under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, it is the Government's intent to award a sole source service contract to the Agency for Conservation Archaeology, Eastern New Mexico University (ENMU) for the curation of existing archeological materials and associated archival records, photographs, slides, maps, etc., recovered as a result of past U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects, and other curation associated tasks. In accordance with 36 CFR 79 and ER 1130-2-540, the Contractor shall provide curatorial and management services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Albuquerque District's archaeological collection from Santa Rose Lake (Los Esteros). less than br greater than less than br greater than The collections consist of a total of approximately 378 cubic feet of artifacts and associated records including field notes, photographs, drawings, maps, slides, reports, computer printouts, etc. The Contractor shall accession or deaccession, label, catalog, store, maintain, inventory, and conserve the collection on a long-term basis. The Contractor shall have the capability to store, study, stabilize, and conserve the collection(s). On-site space for qualified researchers must be available.
