- This is a presolicitation synopsis. The Army Corps of Engineers St. Paul District intends to award a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ Contract(s) resulting from the solicitation. Separate awards may be made for the Eastern and Western areas. Offerors may make an offer on the Eastern Portion, or the Western Portion, or both areas. The government intends to issue an IDIQ Contract(s) to the responsible firm(s) who submits offers in accordance with the solicitation. The East and West areas will be evaluated separately. The Contractor shall furnish drilling equipment, support vehicle(s), supplies, and operating personnel capable of efficiently performing the following: a. various types of drilling IAW the PWS. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13.5. The anticipated award date is on or around 25 February 2015 All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be advertised witha total small business set-aside. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ prior to contract award. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. A determination by the government to not award based on the responses to the solicitation is solely within the discretion of the government.
