- The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) has posted a Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for the Multi-Intelligence Analytical and Collection Support Services (MACSS) acquisition on the classified Intelligence Community Acquisition Research Center (IC ARC) website. NGA is seeking industry questions or comments about the MACSS acquisition. Access to the classified IC ARC is limited to interested parties with a current Top Secret Facility Clearance. Information on obtaining access to the classified IC ARC may be found at https://acq.westfields.net. This announcement does not constitute a synopsis. This is neither a request for proposals, quotations, or bids, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Any information submitted is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information/items submitted in response to this request. Interested parties are encouraged to submit questions and comments on all aspects of the DRFP. All questions and comments to the DRFP must be submitted via the classified IC ARC on or before 1200 EST on 28 JAN 2015.
