- J&A Solicitation is for NSNs 5995-01-578-7897 and 5977-01-578-7908 under PR 1000026494 for CABLE ASSEMBLY, RADI. The following information applies to the NSNs: NSN Guaranteed Estimated MAX Delivery Quantity Annual Qty Contract Qty Days (Base Yr Only) 5995-01-578-7897____2__________9__________68------------58 5977-01-578-7908____16_________64_________480----------70 This solicitation is to establish a Long Term contract with a base and four option periods. This is an unrestricted procurement which requires FOB: Origin with Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. There is one approved source of supply for these Items, HILTRONICS CORPORATION CAGE 34725. Required delivery will be 58 and 70 days ARO respectively for the production units. Surge requirements are not applicable. Specifications relating to the procurement cannot be furnished by the government. The award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors.
