- A pre-proposal conference is TENTATIVELY scheduled for January 15, 2015 at 9:00 AM EDT onboard Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, FL. This half-day conference is designed to provide a brief overview of the requirements for this solicitation to include information specific to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and the source selection process for this procurement. Presentations and a list of attendees will be made available on the NECO/FBO websites after the conference. Participation in this conference is voluntary and in no way obligates the Government to award any contracts, or pay any costs associated with such participation. Details regarding registration and base access will be provided with the solicitation which is anticipated to be release on or around January 5, 2015.
