- This is a notice of intent that AFSC/PZABB anticipates issuing a requirements-type contract for the repair of a flow protect valve (NSN 4810-01-335-3160EW) required to support the ALQ-155. Contract will be a five year contract and shall include a total of five (5) individual ordering periods; each ordering period shall be open for ordering for a period of one year. A description of the Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) is described below: 4810-01-335-3160EW Basic Ordering Period: 2 EA; delivery due 180 days after receipt of funded order. Ordering Period I: 25 EA; delivery due 170 days after receipt of funded order. Ordering Period II: 10 EA; delivery due 170 days after receipt of funded order. Ordering Period III: 10 EA; delivery due 170 days after receipt of funded order. Ordering Period IV: 10 EA; delivery due 170 days after receipt of funded order. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, International Enterprises Incorporated (IEI), Cage: 50218, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to contract repair of parts from additional sources. This acquisition does include the development and delivery of technical data that may be utilized for future competitive procurements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
