Description
ATTACHMENT K - Minimum Technical Exp Requirements v2 ATTACHMENT J - Vessel Minimum Requirements v2 ATTACHMENT B - Basic Pricing Data v2 Full RFP document conformed through Amendment 0001. Amendment 0001 This solicitation was synopsized by presolicitation notice N62387-15-R-5405. This requirement is for the long-term time charter of a U.S. Flag, Jones Act compliant vessel: One (1) clean, double hull tanker with IGS and SBT that is capable of carrying 310,000 BBLS of at least two (2) clean petroleum products (intentions 310,000 Bbls F76) in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. Vessel shall have a minimum SOA of 13 knots. The vessel will be employed primarily in support the Department of Defense, Logistics Agency Energy (DoD/DLA-Energy) in worldwide transportation of petroleum product. The Charter Period is 59 months total, including the base period and all option periods. This consists of a base period of 12 months, three (3) 12-month option periods, and one (1) 11-month option period. The Lay days are 15 September 2015 / 01 October 2015. To be narrowed bilaterally to a 5-day window 60 days prior to delivery to MSC. Place/Range of Delivery/Redelivery is U.S. West Coast, Port in Charter's Option.
