Construction Services of a qualified, responsible, responsive Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business having the capability, capacity and expertise to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, expertise, quality control, and supervision for Project 614-10-115 Renovate Building 1 Ground Floor Research in accordance with the statement of work, drawings and specifications located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104. The construction cost range estimate for this project is between $2,000,000.00-$5,000,000.00. Work includes general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, and necessary removal of existing structures, construction and certain other items. This project is a 100% Total Setaside for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. NAICS Code 236220. A Bid Bond is required. This is an Invitation for Bid (Sealed Bid). All bidders must be registered, verified and viewable in theVETBIZ.gov. - NO EXCEPTIONS to be eligible for award. Bidders must also be registered in (SAM) System Award Management - sam.gov (Formerly ccr.gov) and vets 100 to be eligible for award. Solicitation documents including specifications and drawings will be available for download on/after January 21, 2015 at (http://www.febbizopps.gov). Amendments to the solicitation will also be posted to this website. In order to receive notification of amendments, bidders must register in fedbizopps.gov to 'Receive Amendments'. All bidders are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging ALL AMENDMENTS prior to bid opening. After the solicitation is posted on fedbiz.gov any questions pertaining to the solicitation, or specifications, must be submitted in writing (e-mail) to Contracting Officer:Phyllis.Holder@va.gov or Department of Veterans Affairs 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Phyllis Holder, Contracting Officer, Memphis, TN 38104.
