Delineated Area Map <img src="file:///C:/Temp/1/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image002.jpg" alt="GSA%20Logo%202" hspace="12" width="65" height="65" align="left" /> GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT 4WY0049 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: WY City: Cody and surrounding areas Delineated area map available upon request. Delineated Area Facility shall have paved street access within 1/4 mile of the main arteries listed as follows: Bighorn Avenue-Powell Highway on the north, Beacon Hill Road on the east, 8th Street on the west, Greybull and Meadow Lane Avenue on the south. Also to include Belfry Highway extending northwest of Cody, Yellowstone Ave/West Strip extending west of Cody, and the Meeteetse Highway extending south of Cody. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,025 (Office), 1,945 (Warehouse), and 8,700 (Ware yard) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,025 (Office), 2,740 (Warehouse), and 8,700 (Ware yard) Space Type: Contiguous office, Warehouse need not be contiguous to the office but must be located on site, and Ware yard to be adjacent to Warehouse. Parking Spaces (Total): 40 with 2 RV/Trailer pull-through spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 40 with 2 RV/Trailer pull-through spaces Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: GSA is concurrently running two separate procurements in Cody, WY. This procurement, 4WY0049, as well as 4WY0050. Offers to co-locate these procurements in one facility/building are not being considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.
