U. S. DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) desires to lease sufficient Rentable Square Footage (RSF) of existing real property space to yield up to approximately 24,649 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) in Memphis, TN for use a Primary Care Clinic. The space must be on no more than one (1) floor and must be existing space. On-site parking for 120 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North: Popular Avenue West: Third Street South: Linden Avenue East: East Parkway A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA.
