Solicitation Attachment 05 - Labor Categories and Associated Rates Solicitation Attachment 04 - CDRL A003 Solicitation Attachment 03 - CDRL A002 Solicitation Attachment 02 - CDRL A001 Solicitation Attachment 01 - Performance Work Statement Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. SOLICITATION # FA8224-15-T-0014, This is a request for quote (RFQ) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 05-78 December 26, 2014. This is acquisition is open for full and open competition. The applicable NAICS code is 811310 and small business size standard is $7.5 Million. Offeror shall submit the quote according to the attached solicitation. Offeror shall comply with all aspects of the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is for one (1) base year with two (2) additional option years. This order is not DPAS rated. **Please see addenda to FAR 52.212-1 and addenda to FAR 52.212-2 in the solicitation for specific proposal preparation instructions and technical evaluation criteria.
