Description

Lightning Protection System SOW & Evaluation Criteria Contract Performance Questionnaire The Maritime Administration (MARAD) seeks a qualified and experienced contractor to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to install the lightning protection system at the barracks. The solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business The Statement of Work (SOW) and Commercial Clauses are attached. (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. b) Order of Importance - The Experience factor and Past Performance factor when combined is slightly more important than Price.
