Description

The Military Sealift Command (MSC) - Norfolk contracting agency intends to award a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to ABB, Inc. for four (4) ABB turbocharger rotor assembly Model Exhaust-GAS MDL-VTR 454-11. A determination not to compete this requirement is based on responses to this notice and market research, and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Direct all inquiries relative to this posting via email, referencing N32205-15-T-1245, to Contract Specialist John Solomon, via email at john.s.solomon@navy.mil, no later than 12:00:00 PM (EST) on 12 January 2015. The Government will review all responses, without prejudice; whether or not the Government initially determines that, another firm is fully qualified to fulfill MSC - Norfolk's requirement. Note: If documents are sent via email, the contractor shall be responsible for validating the Government receipt by calling the Contract Specialist at (757) 443-5918.
