Description

The Cleveland VA Medical Center has a requirement for a Service Contract is seeking sources that can provide a five year contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide on-site full maintenance of government owned Automatic Doors and Roll-Up Doors at the Cleveland VA Medical Center-10701 East Blvd Cleveland, OH 44106. The VA Contracting Officer reserves the right to issue multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. Multiple awards shall be made based upon geographic zone. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 15. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561790. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a five year firm-fixed-price contract. The solicitation shall be posted to the FedBizOpps website on or about January 7, 2015 as a request for quote. Responses to the solicitation shall be due on February 6, 2015 by 3pm. Offerors are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments. Correspondence or questions regarding the solicitation may be directed to Roman Savino, Contract Specialist at roman.savino@va.gov with "VA250-14-Q-0678" in the subject line by Friday January 30th at 3:00 pm. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. All offerors must be registered in www.sam.gov to do business with the Government. Ensure your registration is correct, current and has not expired. The procurement is subject to the availability of funds.
