- Description
- Place of Performance: Fort Campbell area. The Kentucky area will cover Schedule B and the Tennessee area will cover Schedule C. The range and cemetery which are located in both the Kentucky and Tennessee areas will be covered by Schedule D. Description: The Government has a requirement to provide services Ground Maintenance in the Fort Campbell area which will include Tennessee and Kentucky. These services include mowing, trimming, limited grass clippings and leaf removal and limited turf repair and maintenance. The Contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Ground Maintenance Services, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), expect for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the contract and consistently with the established standards in this PWS and contract. A Fixed Priced (FP) Requirements ID/IQ contract for base and four (4) Option Years is contemplated with the basic contract period of 1 March 2015 to 29 February 2016. Estimated quantities will be specified in the solicitation. A Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued on or around 14 January 2015 via FedBizOpps. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response of the RFP which will be considered by the agency.
