Description
The United States Department Of Naval Medical Research Center(NMRC) intends to set up a purchase order for the following: This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses. 1.This requirement will be for a contract to perform, analyze and interpret, nanoparticle characterization using at minimum X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), dynamic light scattering (DLS), x-ray photoelectron spectrommetry (XPS), and ultra violet-visible light absorption (UV-Vis) with diffuse reflectance. The delivery of the characterization services will be requested by the principal investigator on an as needed basis. The period of performance TBD. PN: NP-CHAR-005 X-ray diffraction (XRD) scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM), 12 ea Dynamic light scattering (DLS), XPS (high energy resolution analysis) and ultra-violet-visible light absorption (UV-Vis) with diffuse relfectance. The NAICS code for this action is 541712. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems For Award Management (SAM).
