Description

Amendment 006_Subcontracting Plan Form Amendment 006_Subcontract Calcs Amendment 006_Questions and Answers Amendment 006_Spec Section 012700 Amendment 006_SF30 The purpose of Amendment 006 to Solicitation P15PS00012 is to: 1) Extend the proposal due date to January 29, 2015 at 4:00pm Mountain Time (MT). Note the question submission deadline is January 15, 2015 at 4:00pm Mountain Time (MT). Any questions received after 4:00pm on January 15, 2015 will not be addressed. 2) Provide contractor questions and government response. All future questions and answers will be incorporated into the attached document to serve as a single point of reference. Please note the Questions and Answers provided in Amendment 002, dated 12/11/2014 as well as Amendment 003, dated 12/17/2014 must be signed and acknowledged via the SF30 form. 3) Provide the form entitled, "Amendment 006_Subcontract Calcs" in Excel format. This form remains part of the Vol II Submission Package. 4) Replace the form entitled, "Amendment 006_Subcontracting Plan Form" in its entirety. The subcontracting goals have been updated to correlate with the RFP issued on December 9, 2014. 5) Change the specifications Section 012700, DEFINITION OF CONTRACT LINE ITEMS, PART 3, EXECUTION, 3.1 Contract Line Item No. 12 to read as follows: L. Contract Line Item No. 12: Option 1A - Replace Existing Visitor Center Roof Waterproofing and Associated Drainage. This item consists of all labor and materials required for the replacement of the existing Visitor Center roof waterproofing and associated drainage as described in the Option 1 Drawings and Specifications as "Option 1A" or "Option A". This bid option also includes removal and off-site disposal of all soil and other materials necessary to expose the existing roof membrane. Also include the appropriate allocation of general conditions, support work, bonds, insurance, and overhead and profit. New geofoam and soil installation is to be included in Contract Line Item No. 1, not this bid option. Option 1B - Replace Existing Visitor Center Roof Waterproofing and Associated Drainage. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
