- Response Date is February 6, 2015 at 4 p.m. Pacific Time The Fremont-Winema National Forest is requesting quotes on an existing Central Oregon Reforestation Project (CORP) blanket purchase agreement for tree planting. Market research revealed it is the best interest of the government to re-open the (CORP) for tree planting on the Fremont-Winema National Forest. The governent anticipates making multiple awards with the expectation of competing future BPA calls amongst the awardees only. BPA calls will be placed for up to 5 years. Information for Fall Viewing will be posted by November 7, 2014. Potential and current BPA holders for tree planting are encouraged to view proposed projects, for solicitations that will be issued this winter.
