- Justification and Approval The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole source purchase order to E-NET, 300 Valley Street, Suite 204, Sausalito, California 94965 E-Net Remote Recovery Data Facility (RRDF) Base software product and corresponding database features. The government anticipates this acquisition to be approximately, $300,644.00 via DJF-14-2000-PR-0015090. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (Sept. 2018), Federal Acquisition Circular 05-78, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519 with a business size standard of 25 million dollars. Based on FBI market research, it has been determined that E-NET is the only source capable to meet the FBI's requirement and no other vendor can provide services that will satisfy the agency requirements. E-NET does not have any authorized resellers; all of their services and products are proprietary. The proposed contract action is for maintenance support for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of TLE 41,USC (c)(1). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties can respond with their capabilities to include technical qualifications and experience to Rita Hardy-Thompson at the address listed below. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquires will be accepted.
