The MICC Fort McCoy requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: Base Period of Performance: 03/26/2015 - 03/25/2016 LI 001: Emergency Medical Quality Control Service is medical control of the program, through oral orders or a department-approved protocol, supervision and quality control by the medical director or by a State licensed physician designated by the medical director of the activities of an EMT-basic or EMT-basic IV administering any advanced skill to a patient in the prehospital setting or during interfacility transport of the patient. Emergency Medical Quality Control Service provided to existing system and its components. Pursuant to the Wisconsin Administrative Code, Department of Health and Social Services. The Licensing of ambulance service providers and emergency medical technicians (EMT)-basic. The Fort McCoy Fire and Emergency Division shall adhere to Chapter HFS 110 which directs the department to establish a program to ensure a proper service is being provided within the boundaries of the administrative code. The Project Medical Director means a State of Wisconsin licensed physician who is designated in an EMT operational plan to be responsible for all of the following off-line medical direction activities: Controlling, directing and supervising all phases of the emergency medical services program operated under the plan and the EMTs, 2) Establishing standard operating protocols for EMTs performing under the plan, and 3) Ensure that evaluation and continuing education activities are consistently carried out and participated in by the hospital or hospitals, physicians, certified training center, ambulance service providers and EMTs in the emergency medical technician program., 12, mo; LI 002: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REPORT ALL CONTRACTOR MANPOWER REQUIRED FOR PERFORMANCE OF THIS CONTRACT. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, MICC Fort McCoy intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. A Seller may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC Fort McCoy is taking this action in an effort to improve both seller access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, completed, real-time bids.All responsible Sellers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on www.FedBid.com.Sellers that are not currently registered to use www.FedBid.com should proceed to www.FedBid.com to complete their free registration.
