- RFQ F3QCCM4114A001 Air Handler and Control to be provided and installed in B645 IAW Product Description dated 27 August 2014. Attachments: RFQ F3QCCM4114A001 Product Description dated 27 August 2014 CDRL A001-A002 dated 27 Januray 2014 SITE VISIT: A site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, 21 January at 9:45AM. Offerors are encouraged to RSVP by Wednesday, 14 January at 4:30PM, EST with the number of personnel attending, along with their names toguarantee transportation. Offerors will meet at the Museum of Aviation before proceeding to the site. We strongly recommend the contractor visit the site to determine the complexity of the work and the amount of material required for this project. Field measurements may be necessary to determine the size and quantity of the materials. Conditions that the Contracting Officer decides would have been obvious or visible to the contractor on inspection of the site will not be considered under the Differing Site Conditions provision of this contract. to ensure quality and timely responses, following the site visit, it is requested that questions regarding the project should be submitted COB Friday, 23 January to ensure quality and timeliness of response.
