- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a sole source order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-11-G-0003 with Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. (BHTI) to furnish the personnel, services, facilities, equipment and material necessary in the performance of a Physical Configuration Audit (PCA) on the AH-1Z Build New (ZBN) aircraft. The ZBN "as-built" configuration will be compared against its technical and design documentation and the supporting manufacturing processes will be validated.
