- The Army Contracting Command, Aviation Applied Technology Directorate, ATTN: CCAM-RDT, Building 401, Lee Boulevard, Fort Eustis, VA 23604-5577 is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirements listed in APPENDIX I: Detailed Description of Requirement. The U.S. Army Aviation Applied Technology Directorate (AATD) currently has equipment manufactured by Teletronics Technology Corporation (TTC).The results of this Sources Sought will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334511 -Acceleration indicators and systems components, aerospace type, manufacturing; and Federal Supply Code 16-- Aircraft Components and Accessories. AATD anticipates award of an IDIQ contract with a maximum value of $10,000,000 over a three year ordering period. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for sources capable of satisfying the requirement does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this Sources Sought is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the capability to provide the Data Acquisition System components and related software, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; 2) A capability statement as to how you will satisfy the requirement to include information regarding organization and staff; 3) socioeconomic business status if applicable; and 4) if like hardware/software has been offered to the Government within the past 3 years, provide a description of such hardware/software with point of contact information. The government will evaluate all responses received to this Sources Sought notice to ascertain potential market capability and potential sources who can provide the supplies/hardware/ software/components required and to determine the feasibility of a competitive acquisition. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who have the capability to provide the hardware/software as described in Appendix 1 are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice not later than January 20, 2015.
