- The 99th Air Base Wing, Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada requires comprehensive education program services (grades K through 8) for the installation and is seeking interested parties (Charter School Organization) to construct/operate a charter school on Nellis Air Force Base. Interested parties must be willing to locate to Nellis AFB, NV and construct school facilities on the installation's premises. Attached to this solicitation are 1) Statement of Objectives, 2) Basis for Selection/Proposal Prep Instructions, 3) Proposed Lease Outgrant, and 4) Environmental Assessment.
