- SP4703-15-R-0002attachment1(Past Performance Questionnaire) SP4703-15-R-0002part2 SP4703-15-R-0002part1 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (services) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which includes three attachments: the RFP in two parts containing the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Section L and Section M; and the Past Performance Questionnaire. The Defense Logistics Agency's (DLA) Contracting Services Office in Richmond, VA is soliciting a contractor to provide support services for DLA Aviation-Richmond's Business Process Support Directorate (DCSR-BA) to support the transition, implementation, sustainment and stabilization, for the Inventory Management and Stock Positioning (IMSP) Spiral II rollout at DLA Cherry Point, DLA San Diego, DLA Jacksonville and DLA Aviation-Richmond. The scope of the work will include retail consultation, testing support, data cleanup, data file maintenance, training support, transition support, project support and administrative support with respect to transition coordination elements such as meetings, plan of actions and milestones and other related actions required to transition each site. The contractor may also be required to participate in related Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) events, Rapid Improvement events or gap analysis to assist in the evaluation of systems and functional processes in preparation for site transitions.
